All information shared is strictly for educational and awareness purposes.

1. Data Scraping & Information Aggregation

Our backend systems use automated web crawlers to collect public market updates. This scraping process is completely decoupled from your personal device:

  • The scrapers only extract public web data (such as BSE subscription rates or forum-posted GMP values).
  • No scrapers interact with, read, or access any personal data, account information, or files stored on your mobile device.

2. Personal Information We Do NOT Collect

Our app values "Privacy by Design." You can fully utilize all core tracking services without providing any personal identifiers. We do not collect:

  • Your name, email address, or phone number (registration is entirely optional).
  • Credentials or access keys to your personal Demat accounts, bank accounts, or stock trading portfolios.
  • Your physical location, contact lists, SMS messages, or private media files.

3. Information Collected & How We Use It

To support advanced features, dynamic push alerts, and free access, the app processes limited non-sensitive technical identifiers:

Local App Data & Watchlist

Your saved IPO bookmarks, subscription settings, and dark/light theme preferences are stored locally inside your device's internal sandboxed memory (using SharedPreferences). This configuration data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.

Real-Time Alert Tokens

When you enable push alerts for new GMP updates or allotment status releases, our push delivery partner (OneSignal) generates an anonymous push token associated with your device. This allows us to send push alerts without knowing your actual identity.

In-App Purchases (Premium Validation)

If you purchase our premium ad-free subscription, transactions are processed directly by Google Play Billing. Our purchase validator (RevenueCat) reads anonymous purchase tokens to unlock premium tools. We do not collect or store credit card details or bank passwords.

Stability Diagnostics & Crash logs

We automatically collect anonymous performance diagnostics (such as crash logs and device models) via Google Firebase to debug software performance. This diagnostics data contains zero personal user identifiers.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver specific functionalities, we integrate trusted mobile SDKs that process limited data in compliance with international privacy laws:

  • Google Play Services: Powers app updates and core Android framework dependencies.
  • Google AdMob: Serves non-intrusive banner and interstitial advertisements in the free version.
  • OneSignal: Manages subscription-based push alerts.
  • Google Firebase (Crashlytics): Monitors app runtime bugs.
  • RevenueCat: Validates receipt files for active premium subscriptions.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

All locally stored watchlist preferences and bookmarks are deleted immediately when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.

Requesting Remote Deletion: If you wish to delete your OneSignal push token or diagnostics log history from our third-party partner servers, please contact us at brainfleck@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.

7. Statutory Rights (GDPR & DPDP Act 2023)

In accordance with the India Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you hold the right to access, rectify, or object to the processing of your technical identifiers.
