ProPlank ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ProPlank mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.


1. Sensitive Permissions & Data Usage


Camera Access

Our App uses the Camera to provide AI-powered posture correction. 

- On-Device Analysis: All camera data is processed in real-time locally on your device using advanced AI algorithms.

- Zero Retention: We do NOT save, record, or upload any images or videos. The camera feed is used only for calculation and is immediately purged from memory.


Device Storage & Google Drive

The App requests access to Files and Media only for the purpose of creating local database backups and syncing your workout history to your personal Google Drive account. We only access files created by the App.


2. Data Collection & Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to help us operate the Service efficiently. These providers may collect information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, and other statistics.

3. Advertising and Analytics

This Service uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. These ads help keep the Service free. AdMob may utilize the Android Advertising ID to personalize ads and provide analytics. You can reset or opt-out of this in your device's Google Settings.


4. Data Retention

We retain your workout statistics locally on your device as long as the App is installed. If you use the Google Drive Sync feature, the data remains in your personal cloud until you manually delete it. We do not store your personal workout data on our own servers.


5. International Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction (e.g., Google or Firebase servers in the USA).


6. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your information. 

- To delete local data: Clear App Cache or Uninstall.

- To delete Sync data: Remove the 'ProPlank_backup.db' file from your Google Drive App Data folder.


7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover a child has provided us with data, we delete it immediately.
